Nate Schultz has been a fixture in the West Bend and surrounding areas for his excellence and innovation in planning and executing excellent food. Nate has worked in the restaurant industry and various restaurants throughout the West Bend area for many years. In 2019, Nate made the decision to set out on his own restaurant career in addition to the food truck business. He opened the Nosh Nook food trailer and has been a success in mobile food since then. In 2020, Nate opened the Nosh Nook café at 1179 North Main Street in West Bend. In 2023, Nosh Nook introduced a new addition with a state-of-the-art new food truck. Now, with the truck, the trailer, and the café restaurant, Nosh Nook remains a premier go-to destination for Quick Fresh Goodness.
